Over the weekend, David and I took a road trip to Savannah to visit our sweet friends Jenna and Ben. I met that beautiful blondie right before my freshman year of high school. Even though Jenna is a year older than me, she quickly took me in and introduced me to all of her friends. We had the best group of girlfriends. Countless sleepovers, late night laughs, working on the yearbook spreads way past deadline, growing as young Christians, and encouraging each other all along the way. A few years ago, when Jenna told me about a boy that she met at her friend’s wedding, I could tell that this was going to be special. Being matched in her friend’s wedding party turned out to be such a life changing event. These two got engaged last year and are preparing for their wedding this fall! While spending the weekend in their home, I got to sit back and observe their relationship. Jenna and Ben flow naturally and confidently together. They fit together seamlessly. They are so ready to become husband and wife and it makes my heart so happy to see Jenna so happy. Enjoy their engagement pictures in downtown Savannah and the gorgeous Wormsloe Plantation…those trees!!
Kristin and Zach – Carlouel Yacht Club, Clearwater Wedding
Kristin and Zach became husband and wife on Saturday at the beautiful Carlouel Yacht Club in Clearwater. You know those weddings where things go off schedule and it’s kinda stressful for everyone? Well, this was not one of those weddings!! Everything was so perfect! We were ahead of schedule most of the day, Kristin was so relaxed, all of the guests had a wonderful time, and the venue was everything we could have hoped for. Kristin and Zach, who met at the University of Florida’s TriGators triathlon club, currently live in Fort Collins, Colorado. Zach is an engineer at Anheuser-Busch and Kristin is a 1st grade teacher. Hmm, an engineer and an elementary teacher. Sounds familiar. 🙂 We absolutely loved this day. We loved the intricate homemade origami centerpieces created by Zach’s uncle, the naked wedding cake with a tandem bike topper, the guests who turned the reception into such a party, and most of all, the love that surrounded these sweet newlyweds! Congratulations, Kristin and Zach. Have so much fun exploring California!

Michelle and Ben – St. Petersburg Destination Wedding
What’s better than a destination wedding to the beautiful St. Petersburg? Michelle and Ben and 40 of their closest friends and family traveled from Connecticut to sunny Florida for an intimate waterfront ceremony and a weeklong celebration of their marriage. Katie and Phil – University of Tampa Engagement
I first met Katie (aka: Ms. Morphew to our little friends) in August 2013 when we started teaching Kindergarten together. Katie has such a calm, gentle, encouraging spirit and it is the perfect match for her hubby-to-be, Phil. I love their love story, especially what Phil said at the end of their first date! Katie told me “Two of our mutual friends worked together to set us up. One of our friends went into his workplace and showed him my picture! They were trying to convince me to go watch a softball game he was playing in but I didn’t know it was a set-up to meet Phil. Later, I got his phone number to tell him I wasn’t interested in dating but we talked for a bit on the phone and he convinced me to go out on a date. We haven’t been apart since! After our first date, he told the girl who set us up that he was going to marry me!” Phil was convinced from the very beginning! SO sweet!! These two fit perfectly together. Their smiles came effortlessly, their joy was contagious, and their love was evident. A few days ago, we explored the University of Tampa for their engagement session.
Can’t wait for their Lange Farm wedding in January!
Samantha and Adam – Powel Crosley Estate, Sarasota Wedding
Samantha and Adam met in the summer of 2013 and knew right away that their relationship was something special. After only a month of dating, Sam and Adam decided to take an adventurous trip together. Not just a road trip down the coast or a quick flight to another state… these two went across the world to to Asia! 24 hours on a plane and exploring a new country was either going to make or break their relationship and not surprisingly once you meet this couple, they only grew closer! A little over a year later, Adam proposed to Samantha in front of the Golden Gate Bridge on another one of their adventures. On Friday, these two had their biggest adventure yet. Along with their closest friends and family, Sam and Adam became husband and wife at the gorgeous Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota. They had an emotional First Look, crafted special Harry Potter details into their day, guests tossed lavender after their First Kiss, passed around plates family style at dinner, and danced all night under the twinkling stars. Everything was beautiful and filled with joy. Enjoy their special day!

Memory and Cameron – Laytn’s Land-n Yulee Wedding
Two years ago, Memory was in Jacksonville visiting her family during summer break and had plans to go to the beach with her friend. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) her friend had to cancel but Memory decided to go by herself. She sat in the sun, enjoyed the ocean waves and noticed 5 Navy guys playing football close to her. Over the next two hours, they started to get closer and finally asked Memory if she wanted to toss the ball with them. Memory, all alone, one girl with these five strangers, thought about it and quickly said sure! She had such a great time that she joined them for dinner that night. Memory and one of the guys, Cameron, had a special spark and spent a lot of the next two weeks together. Memory was so out of her comfort zone but knew this was something special. After those two weeks, they had their first official date watching the sunrise together on the beach where they first met. Memory and Cameron became husband and wife on June 11th at the rustic Laytn’s Land-n in Yulee, Florida. They were surrounded by their closest friends and family and danced all night long. It was a gorgeous day!

Courtney and Adam – Merritt Island Wedding
It all started when two college students decided, completely independently and 1,000 miles apart, that they wanted to do something extraordinary with their summer. Courtney and Adam first met in the Atlanta airport in July 2014 before they boarded their flight to Bosnia with Cru’s Summer Project. These two met as strangers, connected by their faith and their desire to explore the world, and came back to the US as best friends and with butterflies in their stomach. Did they just spend the summer with The One? Two months after getting back from serving in Bosnia, they started dating and 11 months later, they were engaged. Courtney and Adam, your love is one for the story books. Your wedding was surrounded by so many who truly love and support you. Your families and friends came together, from all across the country, in sincere unison to celebrate your special day. Your uncle made the most delicious dinner, your mom created beautiful details, your family friends provided such gorgeous bouquets. We hope you had the best time in Mexico and enjoy many, many years of wedded bliss!

Katy, Mike and a Golden Retriever Puppy – Tampa
Get ready to meet the most adorable little golden retriever puppy! Katy and Mike recently got their new furry friend, Cooper, a few weeks ago and asked if we could photograph this special time in their life. OF COURSE! A beautiful couple, a glowing sunset, and a brand new perfect puppy… yes please!! We met at the UT Henry B. Plant Museum for the session and then walked over to the Oxford Exchange for that wonderful white wall. Then, all five of us (4 humans and 1 pup) went to Hyde Park for dinner at Bar Taco and let me say, Cooper was the talk of the restaurant! Everyone wanted to cuddle this cutie!
Thank you Daily Dog Tag for featuring this sweet puppy session!VIEW POST
Our 5 Year Anniversary
Five years. Five years since we walked down the aisle, hand-in-hand, as the new Mr. and Mrs. Stoker. On a Friday the 13th, in an old rustic train depot, David and I promised our whole heart and our future to each other. We were young, fresh out of college, excited newlyweds ready to take on life together. We were anxious, slightly overwhelmed but completely ready to start our married life. And now here we are, five years later. I could never describe what these past five years have meant to me. We have explored the world, lived in 5 different cities and still enjoyed many nights at home on the couch together. Our I do has become We Still Do. We still promise to be a loving, supportive spouse that actively pursues one another. We still say thank you for cooking dinner and we take turns doing laundry. We still get excited about date nights and the opportunity to do something new. We still promise to be each other’s #1 supporter. We still do.
THANK YOU to my talented friends Emily and Thomas for these ah-maz-ing film images of us celebrating our anniversary. We met on a sunny Sunday morning and explored Philippe Park until we found the perfect spot to read our vows to each other again. Scroll down for my favorite photos from the session and a little Q&A with yours truly.

Let me introduce you the biggest University of Florida Gator fans and the sweetest newlyweds! Elizabeth and Alex love their Gators so much and knew they wanted to incorporate it into their wedding day.
