Tampa Family Photographer
It is always such a treat to photograph a brand new baby and a growing family. I first met Tiffany and Bryan for their downtown Tampa engagement session two years ago. Now they have precious little Vienna! Add in their sweet pup and they are the perfect little family. Welcome to the world, Vienna!
I was recently looking at a photo of David holding baby James in his hand from our newborn session with Tiffany McClure and I asked him, “do you think you could hold James like that now?” And an idea sparked… let’s recreate his newborn session now that he’s a big one year old! We got out my camera, the newborn basket, a few blankets, and the outfits we wore last year. It is so fun to compare the photos and see how much James has grown! He was 7 pounds at birth and now weighs 22 pounds. He was an exclusive milk baby for six months and now he eats anything and everything (grapes and pasta are his favorite!). He had a tiny head with dark, wispy hair and now he has a head full of thick, blonde hair. James used to stay in the same spot until someone moved him and now we’re chasing him all over the house! It’s been such a fun year and I’m so excited for all the fun to come with our TODDLER!
On June 30, 2017, we welcomed our sweet son into the world! James was born at 11:41am on that beautiful summer Friday and our lives were forever changed! (Here is the blog post with his very detailed birth story.) It’s been a wonderful year watching James grow and change. He has developed such a sweet, charming personality. I’m so thankful to be his Mama!! We celebrated his FIRST BIRTHDAY on Saturday with our family and a few friends in Orlando. (Local friends, Avalon has a new clubhouse that is perfect for small parties and a ballroom for bigger events!) We had an adventure themed party for our little Explorer. Thank you to my sister for the creative decorations!! James, we love you. We are proud of you and we are so glad that you’re ours!!
My sweet baby James is turning ONE!! I feel like he’s been in our lives for so long but I also feel like he just got here! Our son James was born on June 30, 2017 and it has been the BEST year getting to know him and watch him grow. He has grown so much!!! I shared his birth story and fresh newborn photos here. It’s amazing to see how much he’s changed over the year! We are celebrating James’ first birthday with a little adventure themed party with our family in Orlando and I can’t wait!

Welcome to the world, little Remy! Your big brother Royce and sweet parents are so glad you are finally here and that you’re the newest member of their family! I looove photographing newborns, especially for families that have been in front of my camera before. So excited to share these newborn photos of precious little Remy!
Look at this handsome little man! Dominic turned the big ONE last month and we celebrated by capturing family photos at Philippe Park, including a yummy cake smash! Dominic and my baby James are in the same neighborhood play group and it’s been so fun to get to know his sweet mama and watch our boys grow together! Ashley and Devin were married on Saturday at SeaScapes Beach House, the restaurant and event space located at the Southern tip of MacDill Air Force Base. It was so cool to drive through the base, past huge airplanes and giant hangers, to get to the venue! Ashley and Devin met through a mutual friend and hit it off right away. A few weeks later, Devin and Ashley’s Dad randomly ended up on the same flight from Tampa to D.C. and sat near each other! They hit it off right away, too. Such a fun story! Ashley and Devin are the perfect match with the sweetest hearts. Their beach ceremony was officiated by Ashley’s brother and the couple shared their own vows. Their words to each other were thoughtful and so soooo sweet. Their special day was filled with their favorite people, a little bit of rain, creative DIY beachy details, a great party (including an epic toast turned personalized rap by the MOH!) and so much love. Congratulations, Ashley and Devin!! I am so honored and glad that I was there to capture your most special day. Your love is beautiful and your wedding is officially now one of my favorites! Have the best time in Hawaii!!

Lisa and Brandon got married on Saturday at the beautiful Tampa Bay Watch near St. Pete Beach! Lisa and Brandon were surrounded by their closest friends and family, with so much love and support. It was an overcast, cloudy day but the sun popped out in the evening for a gorgeous sunset. Before the wedding, I asked Lisa what she was most excited about and she whole-heartedly said, “I can’t wait to just enjoy all of it, to finally get to experience all that we’ve been planning and to have all of our family together.” I’m so glad that they had the wedding they were hoping for and truly got to enjoy it all! It was the perfect day (with amazing vendors)!!
