It’s the start of newborn season for me! I’ve been on baby watch for a handful of my expecting clients the past few weeks and our first little one is here! Dear world, meet Olivia. Precious little Olivia! I loved getting to see Jessica and Steve again after they officially became Mom and Dad. I met them at their home in St. Pete and photographed little Olivia just a few days before turning 3 weeks old. Loved how cuddly she was with her stuffed monkey! So sweet!

Jessica and Steve – Madeira Beach Maternity Session
I loved being able to capture the special moments of Jessica and Steve’s journey before their precious little girl arrived. Jessica and Steve chose Madeira Beach for their maternity photos and it was so fun to walk the sand with this sweet couple. And a big congratulations goes out to them – they recently welcomed little Olivia into the world and they just celebrated their one year wedding anniversary! It’s been a big and exciting year! I can’t wait to meet little Olivia soon for her newborn photos!

Our Gender Reveal!! Baby S is a …
David and I had our 20 week ultrasound on Valentine’s Day and then waited 5 whole days to find out if we were having a boy or girl! We got so many “how can you wait??” and “did you sneak a peek?” questions but we knew the reveal was coming on Sunday and were excited to find out the gender with our family at the same time. And we are so glad we did… it was so much fun!! My sweet and crafty sister planned the cutest gender reveal party for us. We had a twinkle twinkle little star, how we wonder what you are theme. It was ADORABLE. We had our guests guess if they thought we were having a boy or girl, wear the matching color necklace, sign our twinkle twinkle book, leave a thumbprint on the tree canvas, and play an estimation game organized by my 10 year old niece. After almost an hour of chatting and enjoying the coffee and cupcakes at Smallcakes, we headed outside for the big reveal!! I purchased two pink and two blue confetti sticks a few weeks ago and had my friend Emily check the envelope given to us by our ultrasound tech that had the baby’s gender. Emily gave me the correct confetti sticks to take to Orlando. She was the only person who knew if it was boy or girl for a few days!! Thanks for keeping the secret, Em! So, the moment was finally here. David and I each held a confetti stick (and still had no idea what was about to happen) and our family lined up next to us. 1…2…3…go! BLUE!!! So much blue!! So many cheers and hugs followed. It was such a fun moment!! Baby S is a little man and we are so excited! We are going to have a son, a little Stoker boy. Thank you, Lord!VIEW POST
