Oh, my sweetness! World, meet baby Kai. Isn’t he adorable?? I met his sweet mama, Sandy, at a friend’s birthday party over the summer and she had recently had baby Kai. He was born two months early and so tiny! She later reached out for a newborn session and I’m so glad she did. We captured Kai’s perfect little details and his sweet parents who are so in love with him. Welcome to the world, Kai!
I am so thankful to call the beautiful mama of this family my friend. I first met Vicky when we taught at the same elementary school a few years ago. She is one of the most loving and compassionate people I’ve ever met. Her hugs are instant comfort. Her four children are so lucky to call her mom! We got together to capture some updated family photos before her oldest son left for medical school. Such an exciting time! Congratulations, Zach!
Over the summer, I met Katie and Justin at Pass-a-Grille beach for a mini session to capture their family. It was the weekend of Justin’s graduation from medical school and both sides of their families were together to celebrate. I am so glad Katie thought to schedule a photo session to document this exciting time! Congratulations, Justin!

It is always such a treat to photograph a brand new baby and a growing family. I first met Tiffany and Bryan for their downtown Tampa engagement session two years ago. Now they have precious little Vienna! Add in their sweet pup and they are the perfect little family. Welcome to the world, Vienna!
I was recently looking at a photo of David holding baby James in his hand from our newborn session with Tiffany McClure and I asked him, “do you think you could hold James like that now?” And an idea sparked… let’s recreate his newborn session now that he’s a big one year old! We got out my camera, the newborn basket, a few blankets, and the outfits we wore last year. It is so fun to compare the photos and see how much James has grown! He was 7 pounds at birth and now weighs 22 pounds. He was an exclusive milk baby for six months and now he eats anything and everything (grapes and pasta are his favorite!). He had a tiny head with dark, wispy hair and now he has a head full of thick, blonde hair. James used to stay in the same spot until someone moved him and now we’re chasing him all over the house! It’s been such a fun year and I’m so excited for all the fun to come with our TODDLER!
